1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the jewelatlantisquest.com website and downloading or playing Jewel Ancient 3: Atlantis Gems ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Jewel Ancient 3: Atlantis Gems is a free-to-play mobile puzzle game available on Google Play. The Game features match-3 gameplay, city-building elements, and boss battles set in the mythical world of Atlantis. While the Game is free to download and play, it offers optional in-game purchases using our virtual currency called Bonus Score (BS).

3. In-Game Currency (Bonus Score)

Our Game features an in-game currency called Bonus Score (BS). By using this currency, you agree to the following:

  • BS can be used to purchase virtual items, boosters, and cosmetic enhancements within the Game.
  • New players receive 100 BS as a welcome bonus.
  • BS has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
  • BS purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to modify BS prices, offers, and availability at any time.
  • Unused BS may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these terms.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the Game materials.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Game.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account or use cloud save features, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Game or our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Game systems or other user accounts.
  • Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior towards other players.
  • Buy, sell, or trade accounts, virtual items, or in-game currency outside of official channels.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Game and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CreativeJoy Games, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CreativeJoy Games, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Game.
  • Any content obtained from the Game.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreativeJoy Games and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Game.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
